Sugar Browns is hiring a Cafe Manager for our 82nd St cafe. Cafe Manager will oversee day to day responsibilities including but not limited to:

• Promoting a safe and friendly work environment
• Hiring and Scheduling Staff
• Train new staff
• Maintain Sugar Browns policies and procedures
• Maintaining inventory and menu pars
• Approving and submitting timesheets
• Work with vendors to maintain and repair shot equipment and space
• Work directly home office to improve overall company growth and expansion

Job Requirements:

• Previous work experience in a managerial role in food and beverage
• Hands on experience with professional coffee equipment
• Availability to work during operating hours
• Available to work 35-40 hours per week
• Ability to motivate and encourage a full team
• Excellent customer service attitude and skills
